Mission :

1. In a context of growing digitization, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

 

Contributing on the legal and particularly contractual aspects of the IT, Data and Digital projects of Geopost SA and/or its subsidiaries in support of local teams:

• Support the Group IT Purchase Department of  in

  • Review & Legal Control of IT Contracts

  • Standardization and securing of the IT contracts practice of 

  • Legal impacts of its decisions

 

• Support the Marketing & Communication Department, assisted by its IP external Counsel, in

  • Protecting the Brands & Domain Names 

  • Developing the strength of the IP policy 

  • Securing the assets by reinforcing the decision making process & governance  

 

• Ensure that the DPO and his team be in a position to 

  • Monitor data protection aspects in all projects and calls for tender involving the processing of personal data;

  • Participate, as necessary alongside project sponsors, in the negotiation of contracts entailing the processing of personal data;

 

 

1. In coordination with the rest of the Legal Team, managing the Legal function 

 

• Providing support, in coordination with the rest of the Legal Team, to internal clients through periodic meetings on legal issues and Standardizing the approach in order to improve efficiency on recurring issues

 

• Being involved, in coordination with the rest of the Legal Team, in the steering work and management of the workload plan of the Legal Team, in connection with the planned workload of internal clients

 

• Providing innovative training to our internal clients and Tracking the effects of this training

 

• Participating in joint work within the LEGAL function, and its Subsidiaries and/or Affiliates, where applicable, Participating in Facilitating meetings with the Subsidiaries’ in-house Legal Counsels

 

 

 

1. Participating in the strengthening of the legal culture 

 

• Preparing presentations and notes

 

• Implementation and use of innovative tools and solutions to spread a legal culture (tutorials, presentations, regular meetings with internal clients, etc.)

 

• Provision of legal support/advice and training to the different departments and, where applicable, to its BUs

Le profil recherché :

De formation supérieure de type BAC+5 spécialisée en PI / IT, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans au sein d’une société – de préférence une holding – de dimension européenne/internationale.

• Très bonne maitrise du droit des sociétés français

• Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral
